Add a tropical flair with this evergreen shrub with finely cut, dark green foliage. Spectacular clusters of orange or red flowers with bright red stamens bloom in summer, which look like flying birds. Use as a hedge or flowering tree.

Plant with Dinnerplate Hibiscus[2]

Plant in enriched, light well-drained soil. Prune in late winter. Fertilize sparingly, and do not divide when transplanting.
