My name is Charlie and I have been caring for tortoises for several years now. I have gained a ton of knowledge since the beginning. I am a big advocate as a owner myself and its my goal to pass this information on to you. It is crucial to know how to properly care for your pet and I’d like to pass that knowledge on to you, free of change.

 

Buying

The first step is to properly buy a tortoise that is for sale[1]. They are apart of the Testudo genus[2] and it’s crucial you are aware of the different names that they can be called as well as not getting mixed up with a different species of the same genus.  There are certain measures you can take to give your new pet the best chance of long term heath and happiness (and less problems for you!)
