In Western Australia, a licence is required to keep reptiles and amphibians as pets. This measure is in place to ensure such animals receive the specialised care they require. See the attached Approved Reptile Keeping List or click on the links below to find out which reptiles and amphians are suitable to keep as pets. Come in and speak to one of our knowedgable staff about the basic requirements for each species and to determine which species might be a suitable pet for you.
