Hey all! I just newly acquired a rainbow boa rescue, who is supposed to be a year to a year and a half old. They had an RI and some scale rot, as well as stuck shed, and were dumped at a pet store because the original owner couldnt handle it anymore. All have been dealt with, though they still have some retained eye caps (any tips for these?)

This is my first rainbow boa, but I was actually planning on getting one as my next snake anyway, so already did research for the enclosure and everything, so that is fine.

My question is, about how much should a rainbow boa at this age weigh? They are probably closer to a year and a half, but cant be sure. They definitely seem underweight, as their body shape is looking very triangular. I asked what theyd eaten, and apparently theyve been getting mice hoppers, two ...
